So, you’re not going to believe this but… today I was doing a little prep work for a rebrand we’ve been working on… and over inside Substack I noticed that the platform had reset (ie; deleted) my welcome email that was supposed to be delivering a bunch of free goodies.
Based on my Airtable notifications, I estimate that this happened ~4 months ago - and no one mentioned it! 🧐
